We bought a Kawasaki bout 5 years ago, it does some pretty serious work (Giant Rats Tail Grass, sicklepod etc) and had no problems. My partner helped the brother in law do some clearing on their block, they had a Stihl and had to fill it up 3 times as much as the Kawasaki.
Just make sure you get a good brand. -

Hi, I am from Mackay and every time I go to Brisbane I go to the Northey Street Gardens in Windsor, they sell all types of edible and useful plants. Some plants mentioned above I have seen there: Mountain pepper, midyim berry, native ginger, water chestnuts, lilly pilly, finger limes and lots more.

replied to the topic Which fruit tree to plant for baby? in the forum Fruit, Vines, Nuts and Sprouts 13 years, 2 months ago
I planted mango trees for my 2 children but went for bowen mango seedlings, they live longer than grafted and i can prune them 2 size.
I would recommend a tree that has a long life expectancy like a mango or macadamia, you don’t want it 2 die after 10-20 years!. -

Have u looked at getting the place sandblasted? They can get within 2inches of the roof and windows and saves alot of work.
Our place has lead paint but we r on a rural block with no close neighbours and will get it blasted b4 council inspect the place. -
