I remember as a kid my dad putting and old school table out the front our house and selling a few pumpkins or some excess fruit here and there it was always good quality and cheap…. Are you telling me those days are over and now you have to pay for a permit to do it??? Please….

Thanks for the reply, how big is your tank and how many people does it service.
How long have you had it, what state are you in?
How many tubes do you have?
Lots of questions I know…..
Thanks

We’ll I met a local bloke who sells his honey to capilano. I did a full days work and extracted 1.5 tonnes of honey. In return two fully working hives, complete with bees.
There is a lot to learn and you really need to look after them. Trick is not to be greedy and leave them with plenty of honey.
Just bought a smoker off ebay, getting the old…[Read more]

There are a lot of people making a lot of money getting a survival kit together. Your seed packet idea might make you some extra cash. I’d buy one…just for fun.

ive seen three now, very impressed. I’ve seen one where Lance was the builder. Definately going with him.
I went into one on a 42 degree day. They only had 1 fan going and it was very pleasant inside.
Hoping to go to a food forest straw bale course in june this year.

Thanks for the comments. Hes only 4 years old. I have taken him into the cage with a lead on a few times. He almostpulls my arm out the socket. I think I might try to introduce him to some chicks and let him get used to them. If all else fails…..electric fence. He will learn quick. He knows hes done the wrong thing because since he did it…[Read more]

Agreed, what a load of rubbish. I work near a huge windfarm..(hallett).. Never a fire/explosion. There are some Rediculous claims. Took some imagination so give credit where its due. I haven’t heard any noise at all.The most annoying thing about the windfarms is being stuck behind a truck that’s carrying a blade. Ihowever I do prefer home solar/…[Read more]

Black, and almost appeared to have pinkish/ reddish sap in them but it was dried sap. I don’t know how else to explain it. I’ll head out side this arvo and see if I…[Read more]

Ok will do. I’m also lucky as a local from Jamestown is building one. I’m going to see if he can teach me a thing or two. This same fella told me there are 6 bale houses in the mid north. Ones in the bundaleer forest… Which is paradise on earth!
