My change jar keeps getting used. Lucky for dh we got him a can you can’t get into for his savings, for gasp one of those huge tv’s. Marriage is all about compromise I suppose, I don’t want one, I think it stinks of consumer consumption going mad but however if dh saves and buys one with his own savings who am I too crush his goals. I agree about school, I have some money budgeted for it but you can never really tell until the school invoices come in for this and that, I can’t wait for the routine of it to all start again.

My goals are to not buy any magazines tho I do have a subscription to 2 mags that I got for my birthday in December so that will keep me going thru the year along with getting them out of the library.

Well I am glad I didn’t read this until now LOL

Mine is not for salads (but I am salivating over the idea of sundried ones or preserved in olive oil) I just threw mine in freezer bags and either stirfried them up with oil and herbs and onions and served with pasta, used them on top of pizzas and hm breads.
I found they actually kept their shape really well and I had to crush them for my…[Read more]
