i just finished an organic agriculture course via the Natural environmental Centre (TAFE) Albury/ Wodonga. They run permaculture courses too. I did six months soil and fertility, making compost and getting soil testing. The second six months was planning, and last 6 months on plants Or you could chose animals. If you can find the newspaper Acres australia or buy off the site the ditigal version. Good paper comes out every season.(4) . Also a site called from the soil up is interesting. good soil health equates to good human and animal health.B)

yeap she will be a big one. Hubby wants us to leave for the towers, I don’t think that will help too much. some people have sent family away aready. Nahh i rather stay put. Just gotta get two days worth of work done in one day. Because i don’t think school will be in on Wednesday.

Townsville got the galzxy to fly in food supplies for north queensland. Was down on stock, but at this time of the year i usually stock up in Late October for cyclone season. It means you change menu planning. Still awaitng the cyclone that is sure in come within the next two weeks.
Only concern about sugar is how will i make my booze. 😉

Have you noticed that the woolie’s tomatoes have been labelled both import and local tomatoes????????? Or is it just our local store. Can buy tomatoes in 1kg bags maked oz.

remeber when researching orgaincs here in Australia, there is not alot of sciencitific data. And alot of the data you might read is based on the northern hemissphere. Where there soil is much younger,

You can get the book from the local library. That is where mine is from. If they do not have it. Ask if they can borrow it from another library and sent over. Or as i found out you can put a request in to for the local library to buy it in.:metal:
