Thanks for all the advice. Just finished washing it up and it came up like new. Left it sitting over night with diet coke in it than i heated it up on the stove this morning and it came up like a new one with the use of a soap pad. Once again thanks to everyone.

I already have a Honda 400 4WD bike and an old tow behind slasher which no longer works. It only had a 8.2HP moter which was not powerful enough in thick grass.

They tow behind an ATV or ride on mower or anything similar. Polaris manufacture a more expensive model if you look up their site. Todds Machinery in Albury sell the TWM models.

Hi Folks
Well we can finally put this to rest. Telstra have installed a permanent system based on the Next G that has an aerial on the roof and so far everything is working ok. The only problem will be if the power goes off for any length of time. Thank you everyone who got involved.

Hi Folks
Finally got a service that works, using a small aerial attached to the glass at the front of the house and works perfectly. No problems since it was installed a couple of weeks ago. Received a call from Telstra the other day to make an appointment to install an intrim service which i nvolves putting a large aerial on the roof. When…[Read more] -

Look up Sheen Flame Gun on Google, they are manufactured in the UK and are sold in Australia by Bon Trading in Sydney. It uses kerosene not gas and burns at 2000 degrees and are very effective on all weeds. Not cheap , I bought one about 4 yrs ago and I think it was nearly $300 but you dont have to carry around a gas bottle.

Dont really know what else I can do now, they have tried NGWL and that wont work, mobile with external aerial is not reliable, they say they cant bring it in in poles and trenching is out of the question due to distance and rock, so im not sure there is anything else i can do. Not very reasuring as the parkinsons progresses, also fires in the…[Read more]

They claim to have checked the possibility of stringing the cable on poles but the they claim the spans between poles was to long and the cable would end up on the ground. they never offered satalite but he claimed…[Read more] -

Hi Lady B
Just waiting on them now the last time i asked what plan b was i was told I dont f*****g know. The only other altenative is to run a trench for half a km at my expense (i cant afford that on a pension). Also it must be 400cm underground and thats impossible in this area due to rock . we will wait and see -

Well the latest update is still no phone. Telstra contractor came on the 17th, probably the worse day we had for the year, high winds and fires, he tried and couldnt get a signal. A telstra tech came on the 11th Jan and spent hours trying with the same result. So its official my little piece of paradise is uncontactable. After the slow…[Read more]
