    Great work Judi,the asparagus look tempting.

    Our Mulberrie tree is doing the same, it1s only a young tree, but it has small fruit.

    next will be putting a shelter over it.

    we used to home kill our own beef, it used to hang for 14 days in our coolroom.Had it on 2-3 deg. we even butchered the beef in the coolroom.brr

    it not only tasted better, but the meat whas firmer to cut up. how we miss our own organic beef.

    however, here in NSW where we are they grow as street

    we had over 130mm in the last 30hr. a lot off rain but we are ok. far enough away from rivers and creeks.

    Hi,

    i agree with you all, shop bought bread is over priced and all that.

    we love our home made bread.

    i am just a bit at a loss here with the sour dough starter for a no knead bread. how much off the starter do you use Crystal?

    we are not that bad of here really, sure we had lots of rain, but we can get out and all that. went to town yesterday, the river whas up but town is still operating as normal.

    i have nothing to complain about.
