I got 2 large balls of crotchet cotton at the local trash and treasure markets, from this I have made quite a few cloths wither by crotchet or knitting. There are some that are intended as gifts too with a block of ‘home made’ soap.

I too have an original 1900’s treadle machine, in working condition and it is ready for whenever I may need it in the future. At the moment it is my phone table LOL. I much prefer my Janome, but at least I know it is working.

I am staying on budget by having 2 jobs and a home business. I don’t have time to go to the shops and spend money. Last time I looked in my purse, I have over $450 in there. Hubby goes to the bank each week and gets our mad money and I put it in my purse. I just don’t have the time to spend it. At least not when the shops are open. 😉
