Thank you Girl Friday.
I had forgotten about him!
I must say the remark about Katter’s party was tongue in cheek!
Maybe Clive Palmer? Pauline?
I’ll get my tongue stuck if I am not carefull.
I really cant see any one who makes me say yessss!!!!
I guess I will do as I have done in the past, mark every candidate individually.
Not go down the party line.
When I have done this I have put all the…[Read more]
I think you will find as you patch one hole another appears!!
We did reline one with fibre glass years ago, was a sod of a job and I cant remember what the cost was.
I don’t know about the cost for a plastic or rubber liner is.
Personally I would get a new tank and use the old one for garden beds.
If you are using river water I would go for poly.
I wore out a Rover Rancher! That always left me with bruises on my legs.
I now have a 22hp John Deere, it is higher of the ground than the Rancher so feels less stable on steep areas, great on the flat.
I haven’t had any experience with a Husky but have heard they are good.
This was totally unexpected and I really do appreciate the kind gesture.
I hope I can pass something on to some one in a similar fashion
I too like a drink but don’t annoy my neighbors when I drink one or two!
I don’t have a lot of ready cash either.
The six o’clock swill was a disaster but do they need to be able to purchase grog well into the small wee hours?
Seems like the idea that I can do as I please but don’t you try, is too entrenched in the young ones psyche these days
That was my thoughts too Robyne
Could be age but could also be weather, has it been very hot or wet?
Yolk colour is sensitive to amount of greens available.
I need to pick grass for my old girls each day to keep the yolks a good colour.
They do have a large run but I cant let them free range or they will be dogs dinner!!
I had them in one of my large ponds/dam.
Put horses in that paddock and they ate them all.

Some time ago the president of our shire and I were discussing a village being developed .
She called it an eco village!
I said i didn’t think it went far enough,
If the shire made every building application eco friendly then we may see some results.
My idea was every house as far as practical to be
Fully insulated…[Read more]
I believed that stuff was Veldt grass.
Maybe WA name?
Pain in the posterior what ever its name.
I have a tract of bush outside my property, shire came through and sprayed the watsonia and veldt grass this year. they also killed my newly planted hakeas.
Don’t know what they used but the veldt is off and growing again
Thanks Buzzie lizzie, that is the one I made before.
Really nice but just a little too sweet for my taste so

Just have to make sure I keep them.
Thanks for the help
My how time flys!
I cant believe it is so long since I updated this.
Sorry I am a slow learner and still haven’t mastered photos.
The previous owners of this property had popped plants around in the lawn, which made it difficult to mow.
There was a lovely weeping mulberry, quite large too.
A weeping rose which was a nightmare to mow…[Read more]
