All I am saying is not ALL of them 600mm high as it makes picking and managing tall vegies harder. Think about how high your tomatoโs are when staked and add another 600 mm on top of that. There are lots of vegies that get affected by the decision.
We put gravel in the base of ours and you have to be very careful when you tip that onto the p…[Read more] -

Love mine, but! *laughing* there is always one. Anyway, I built mine 600mm high, not sure I would do that again or not all of them, I have 6 mets in total. I did not put down any barrier between the water level and the soil and, while one is working perfectly the other one has lost heaps of soil to the water area, so will have to be rectified. If this is correct it will mean a huge saving. Also, from what I have read I was asuming this was only to be spaied on? Think I really need some clarification. HELP! -

Further to what Porgey said about Peter Cundall. He also uses it in his video, “A Year in Pete’s Patch”. Unless my memory is deteriorating I believe he says he got excellent results trialling it with sweetcorn, it really increased his yield. He also trailed it with Tomatoes, but did not believe it made any difference. I do stand to be corrected it…[Read more]

Len, in some ways your correct, especially when you say they do not care about the poor. The wealthy will always be wealthy and it is not so much about luck or hard work as about what family you were born into and the old boysโ network, which is alive and well.
As for C/C well it is why I posted this, because in all honesty I am totally lost. I…[Read more] - Load More
