I was thinking about putting some leeks in
I love them they cost a fortune and they last a long time
Ive been getting some good success reusing the little punnets you buy seedlings in to replant the seeds.
I’m still not planting but the peach tree is loaded with fruit just about ready to be picked and hopefully bottled. The nectarine has fruit but they are very small this year lack of water I assume.
planted loads of carrots and beetroot
no such thing as too many carrots
Stupid forum…. I typed a comment and it didn’t show then when I tried to fix it I couldn’t get into the site …………..
I planted some tatsoi and beans and peas.
it’s way faster for me now since that day no one could get in
Nice and cool today so planted some climbing beans
I’ve been slack, but all my rocket has collapsed on me – not sure why??
wild or regular rocket?
I only grow wild now ,Plant it once and you have it forever.(my ones atleast 4 or 5 years old)
I was away for months, no rocket survived, come home, add water, wild rocket for salad in weeks.
regular I guess, bought the seeds, so how do I obtain wild rocket??
I got mine from ebay.
Seeds a minute and I dont let mine flower too much as Im always picking it, add postage and its easier to go to ebay.
thanks – there are a couple of things I need, so I think I’ll have to rejoin ebay
got rid of that particular temptation lol
I cant live without ebay.
Im in the middle of nowhere so its my main seed shop.
Buy lots of stuff out of China with free postage too.
I just got some exclusion bags for my fruit.
LED light globes for the house.
Rechargeable batteries for everything that needs them
Even toothbrush heads and water filters for the under sink filter
All heaps cheaper than local (which you cant even get local)and delivered to my door.
oh I’m not denigrating ebay, but was a temptation for me, – I’d head to the patchwork/fabric places lol
and I never thought of looking specifically for wild rocket seeds,
