Does anyone out there have a recipe for Baileys Irish Cream?
There are dozens on the web. Have you done a recipe search?
That sounds rather good, Froglips, might have to try that. Do you need to keep it refrigerated or is it OK in the cupboard?
I have to ask (because I’m intrigued), how did you stumble across a 5 year old thread? 😉
This is my late sisters recipe makes a lot so you need a large bowl and a few bottles
IRISH BAILEYS CREAM:
1 bottle of whisky about a 750ml size
1 large bottle 600ml cream
2 tins of evaporated milk
2 tins of condensed milk
1/2 bottle of chocolate topping
few drops of coconut essence
few drops of rum essence
Mix all tog well and bottle.
Store in fridge
if it gets thick can water it down with more whisky or cream.
Made the baileys yesterday had to taste test
Cost me $39 for 3 liters and saw a bottle of Baileys 750ml for $38.
