is the recipe I use, although I didnt use anywhere near the amount of chilies they recomended.
I made a batch on the weekend but only had dried chillis (cayenne peppers grown last year and dried and chopped in the Themomix) so I used about 6 teaspoon of the dried cruched chilli and it hasnt turned out too bad, quite a bit of heat by itself but adds a nice flavour when used as a sauce.
I think it took around an hour in the thermomix, on about speed 2 and 100 degrees, still quite runny but I think it thickens as it ages.
