Stepover apple trees

I was wondering if anyone had these?
From the information I have been able to get so far they are water hungry but I was wanting to know how much more than a regular, semi dwarf and dwarfing apple tree they would be?
I can’t help you but I have seen these for sale here. If you email or ring them they might be able to answer your questions.
I have a couple of trees from Woodbridge on the M26 rootstock. They have stayed fairly small and low, but they are against an east facing fence, so only get half a day of sun. I have espaliered trees on MM106, which are doing pretty well and are not too vigorous with most heritage varieties.
I’ve been led to believe that the rootstocks that are less vigorous (like the M27 stepovers) need lots of water and attention. On my rural block only the MM106 trees have survived my neglect.
