    Episode 7 of River Cottage Australia, they were collecting seaweed and putting in in brine I think it was.

    Is anyone else making kimchee, or any other fermented vege ?

    No, but I am inspired.

    Is Korean Laver the same as Nori, I suspect not. Nori is bendaverble is it not? Laver is dried.

    Love Laver with white rice!

    I am not familiar with Korean Laver or Nori, however I have heard of the latter. I really enjoy wakame.

    Hopefully we’ll see some of you’re fermented creations soon, from your inspiration.. ?
