recipe please gypsyoak?
errrr….I am not real good with recipes. lol
about 1/2 jar of coconut oil
couple of table spoons of cacao
about a couple of cups of rice bubbles
1 cup desiccated coconut
honey was either 1 or 2 tablespoons….. maybe just taste it to see how sweet you want it!
its pretty flexible I think.
i didn’t have patty pans so I just put it in a slice tin and made them about 1.5cm thick. once set I then sliced them into pieces.
Nice Recipe…thanks for share !!
Puffed rice has no food value, try puffed wheat instead. I used to make my kids sweet treats using only nutritional ingredients. Tahini or peanut butter or both, mix in some dry ingredients like milk powder [extra calcium] sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins or sultanas, roll into small ball and roll into coconut. Kids love making these!
I forgot to add honey
Thanks for sharing this recipe..looks interesting!
