If you’re looking for a place that is self sufficent in vegies and fruit, organically maintained yet still have an eight acre mature rainforest with permanent creek……this is it.
All the conveniences like school bus to door, daily mail, recycle garbage, underground power, sealed roads but secluded and quiet.
20 minutes to the city, 10 minutes to the sea plus short drive to many wonderful hinterland villages as well as Byron Bay.
Frost free, red volcanic soil, annual rainfall <2,000mm, rains all year round, no bush fire season at all. Bird and animal life abundant.
Go to Bangalow realestate, click “rural” and will be under Alstonvale,
