Thanks Mudhen. Our aim is to have bottled tomatoes for around 9 months, till the next lot start. Be interesting to see if we make it that long. If not will bottle for next year. We had peach last night tasted great. They did have a black liquid around the rubber lid part? Not sure what is but I believe I read some where that it is ok.
Marmalade recipe looks goid.

Sure is, I have made some tomato sauce and If I get enough tomatoes some pickles.There is nothing like home made marmalade I have a washington orange and a blood grapefruit that I use for marmalade, tastes great especially if you like it a bit on the sharp side.
I like a bit of bitter peel in my marmalade

I’ve started on fermenting,
have made some saurekraut and kimchi,
still got my fowlers kit and heaps of jars, they got used regularly, also have a dehydrator that has hardly seen the light of day lol
I did make some choko chutney once,
but I’m leaning more towards the ferments these days
Ive been pickling chillies and usually ferment a cabbage or two in the winter
Love stuffed pickled cabbage.
Smells a bit ripe for the laundry though
