Hi mtgardiner
Great tutorial here on adding pix to post.
It is too late to chicken out now, you have told us all to expect piccies of your project.
PM me if you get stuck.
hope this works
thanks doc you would get rid of me know lol
the 1st photo was the steele bearers and piers into big holes
no 2 photo is 2 men and 3 strong germans pouring concrete in them holes
What are you actually building
I’m with ccBear, what are you building???? Seems a long way off the ground. Ah, I see your from Ingham so is it high enough to avoid all that rain you guys seem to get up there:shrug:
sorry ccbear ,this is the rest of my house
start at begining ,this project [house] was started 4 years ago
in that time we have completed 2 buildings
1 garage [which we lived in for 2 years ]
2 bedrooms 2/3 [which we moved into in march this year ]
in the last 2 years john has had both his knees done and then gone back this year to have both knee caps done that was in june this year
since then he has started doing our living pavillon and bedroom which is the last 2 building to be done and with a little help from the united nations [rtb and our wwoofers] it is starting to take shape
more piccs later
Looking great there guys. Keep the pictures coming. Hope to catch up in a few weeks at the GTG.
thanks still working out whether we can get there hoping so
well the next photo is of the floor joist put down by 2 german wwoofers name peter and timor they also dug the trench for the pipe work and holes for the decking that goes between our room and the living pavllion
this photo is fed [italian wwoofer] and john puting the bearers and piers into place [in the holes the germans had dug ] before they concrete them in
Looks like an ALS makeover.
Unable to post pix one minute, instant international housing effort with heaps of pix the next.
Well done John and Cheryl
Proof that many hands make light work:)…………………….and can still have fun doing it;)………….with a lot of dogged determination, tenacity, splinters , sore bodies topped up with good food and drink, throw in a sense of humour and the Mt Gardener project is well under way:metal:
I takes my hat of to yous:clap:
