Anyway if anyone can find some patterns, let me know – been looking for a comfortable bra one for a while and if I can’t find any Aussie made underwear, making it may be the safer option.
kitty, go your your local sewing shop (Spotlight or Lincraft or whatever) and have a look at the pattern books. I picked up some bra and knicker patterns for $2 the other day when all patterns were half price. I think they were “New Look” patterns.March 3, 2009 at 8:14 am #397393

At the top of this page Jenny shows how to get the bum emoticon, that’s how I got it. It’s from the shout box.
For pics of all kinds just google ‘free avatars’ or ‘free dancing avatars’ or ‘ free smileys’. Then click on which ever link you like the look of.
I always do a ‘save as’ and put them onto my computer and then I only have to use ‘Post Reply’ instead of ‘quick reply’ when making a post on here.
You then have to write something in the post reply box then click on ‘browse’, choose your pic and click on ‘post reply’ not ‘preview’ and voila,
there it is.
If that’s as clear as mud, hopefully someone else will put it better for you.

bystarlight you have to get a sarong I live in them at home in warm weather and I’m a fuller figured woman. Go for it! :tup:March 4, 2009 at 5:01 am #397399
What is the message here. Don’y buy imported just Australian only if so what sort of advertising campain are you going to use. How are you going to sell the idea. You might get men to go without there shirts even women for that matter but its a scary thought. But really how will you get a message to big business that you will not buy the imported stuff. The idea is probable not much different than food and other goods. Maybe push the idea of home made clothes and form groups of sewing ladies australia wide making and selling clothes. I would probable buy some from you so long as they were not hot pink.

OK… what do you do about the bare-ass wedgie when you’re wearing a skirt? You know… you bend over, and because you are wearing no knickers, by the time you straighten up again half of your skirt has disappeared into your nether regions…

It happens you just pull it out. Though I must admit I tend to squat more when not wearing knickers (which by the way is better for your back) 😀March 4, 2009 at 6:24 am #397402
