    The less I have to spend the better I like it…Tank water goes in the car when travelling because it tastes so good…Its one the things I miss when Im not home

    Ahh yes, the old dead possum in the tank. These new fangled tanks have rather good nets, so fingers crossed the entry points are well sealed!

    A dollar saved is better than a dollar earned, there’s no tax 🙂

    We live in the suburbs on 700sm. It has taken 10 years, but we have a veritable food forest of fruit trees and vines, and three raised garden beds. One spring I put a row of old broccoli styrofoam boxes down the driveway and grew a lot of food on the fence line! 

    Jacquie French’s books are inspirational to me -she focuses on how we can squeeze a lot of food into a small area. The only thing I don’t have is room for chooks.
