Just limes 1/4ed,salt, coriander seeds, allspice, black pepper corns and a cinnamon quill .,,I will try it in 3 months and see how it turned out…..looking at lime pickle recipes at the moment to use up some more limes…theres one on SBS website that is a 6 month ferment others are quicker but add fried spices after a few weeks ,might try both
I have PM’ed you a recipe for lemons maybe you could adapt it for limes
