We’ve never eaten or grown kale but I’m sure going to give it a go after reading all of the above. Thanks for the inspiration………and the recipes 😆
I have Tuscan kale and use it as I would any leafy green thing or cabbage…. stir fry, plain fried, frittata, salad, and I like it better than cabbage. I want to save my own seeds this year too, as I find that any plants that I grow and then keep the seeds…. the next crop is twice as good.
Previously i have bought seeds for several years.
This year, kale will be added to my seed saving. that’s an indication that it’s permanent in my garden and a favourite vegetable for us.
