I mentioned this in another thread but I really thought it would be worthwhile putting it up seperately. A very inspiring presentation – Wendy is a Mormon (reading between the lines) and they really have the whole preparedeness scenario worked out. Take what you will from it, I think from the beginning of the clip it falls under this category.
I have watched a few different seminars and the basic information is the same but there are little hints and tips to be picked up if you have can be bothered watching it over and over.
