Nice thread..BAKED EGG SPINACH sound cool and taste delicious..
We adore Asian style fried eggs. Don’t knock fried eggs till you’ve tried them!
Firstly, chop spring onions and fresh coriander (heaps of each).
Heat oiled pan to just short of smoking, add eggs, let them sizzle really hard until the base is crispy and the top is still shiny and gluey (or however you like your yolks).
Put eggs on a plate, add a few drops of sesame oil, then sprinkle greens on top.
Drizzle with oyster source, and eat.
Totally simple and very special (especially with duck eggs). 🙂
