I would just like to spread the word of this amazing oil.. try it for yourself & reap major benefits that it offers. I myself have been using it for many years, in many ways.. I am happy to answer questions pertaining to my experiences 🙂
Here is a site that can answer many questions..

Yep I have to agree Hummers, coconut oil is so versatile and so good for us and so darn healthy.
I’ve just got another lot of comphrey slow cooking in coconut oil. Don’t other folk on site use coconut oil at all or maybe you just don’t like talking about it, and of course that’s perfectly ok.
Hi Humbug, I agree — fantastic stuff.
But sometimes the oil I buy has a kind of musky flavour that makes it taste a bit stale or old.
I probably wouldn’t know better but I once got a really great jar that had no aftertaste, just lovely clean coconut — now that was delicious. Maybe my supplier gets old oil…
I make a fudge with the following (spread out on greaseproof paper, cut into slices then freeze):
half jar almond/cashew/brazil nut paste
4 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons best cocoa powder you can buy
3 tablespoons honey.
I don’t measure so this is approximate, but it’s fairly forgiving to make.
Hey chooken coconut oilchocolate or fudge is very easy to make & as you say very forgiving. I rarely use a recipe to mae mine & I always use the raw cacao powder it makes the best chocolate
But I am a classified weirdo in my circle, I add coconut oil to all my hot beverages, coffee included. I also smother myself in it, from top to toe. It is an amazingly versatile oil, with SO many uses 🙂
But you’ve never struck me as being a slippery character Hummers… :O
Not to be confused with palm oil.
