Learn how to make your own cheddar cheese, brie and cottage cheese as well as other fermented, raw, dairy products with award winning, accredited permaculture teacher Elisabeth Fekonia. The workshop will be held on the 3rd March and costs $90 per person including everything needed on the day. Yoghurt and kefir cultures are available for $2 each.
